Credit/Debit Card Payments
Online Payments: You can now pay your Water/Sewer Bill or some limited Miscellaneous Payments Online. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Village of Coon Valley uses AllPaid (www.allpaid.com). AllPaid accepts debit and credit cards. It is helpful for you to include your account number when paying your water/sewer bill online. Please also include your phone number so we can contact you if there is any issue with your payment. You can make your payment by clicking on the applicable link below:
Pay Miscellaneous Payments (These miscellaneous payments are limited to Invoices, police parking tickets, donations.)
Service Fees: The Service Fee for utilizing online payments is automatically paid to AllPaid and is non-refundable (this means there is no cost to the Village of Coon Valley for accepting online payments). The Service Fee is shown to you during your online transaction, before you complete your payment process.
$1.00 Service Fee for payments $38.00 or less
2.95% Service Fee for payments above $38.00
Call Center: It is also possible to call AllPaid to make your payment. You can call 1-888-604-7888 and indicate that you are making a payment to the Village of Coon Valley. Please keep in mind that there is a $2.50 call center fee, in addition to the service fee charged. When you call in your payment, AllPaid will remind you of the fees.

Office Payments: You can now pay with a credit card or debit card in the office. The Service Fees, as listed above, apply to these payments as well.
