Online Payments: Payments for your Water/Sewer Bill and some limited Miscellaneous Payments can be made online. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Village of Coon Valley uses AllPaid (www.allpaid.com). AllPaid accepts debit and credit cards. It is helpful for you to include your account number when paying your water/sewer bill online. Pay Miscellaneous Payments (These miscellaneous payments are limited to Invoices, police parking tickets, donations.)
Service Fees: The Service Fee for utilizing online payments is automatically paid to AllPaid and is non-refundable (this means there is no cost to the Village of Coon Valley for accepting online payments). The Service Fee is shown to you during your online transaction, before you complete your payment process.
There is a 2.95% Service Fee for all card transactions, EXCEPT that the minimum service fee is $3.99.
Call Center: It is also possible to call AllPaid to make your payment. You can call 1-888-604-7888 and indicate that you are making a payment to the Village of Coon Valley. Please keep in mind that there is an additional call center fee. When you call in your payment, AllPaid will remind you of the fees.
