Village Hall/Community Center
The Village Hall is located at 108 Roosevelt St. It is available for rent in whole or in part. The Village Hall contains a large dance hall area, a smaller meeting room area, a kitchen, and a shop/garage area. To rent the Village Hall, contact the Village Office at 608-452-3168.
Village Hall Rental Rates:
Large parties (Weddings, etc):
Resident $210 Plus $100 Deposit = $310.00
Non-resident $245 Plus $100 Deposit = $345.00
Shop Rental: $100.00
Hall Deposit - Refunded when hall is cleaned, no damage, etc. Deposit returned within 30 days of event.
Key Deposit: $20.00 - Refunded when key is returned.
Small parties (Birthdays, Showers, Graduation Parties):
Resident $90.00 Plus $100 Deposit = $190.00
Non-Resident $125.00 Plus $100 Deposit = $225.00
Hall Deposit - Refunded when hall is cleaned, no damage, etc. Deposit returned within 30 days of event.
Key Deposit: $20.00 - Refunded when key is returned.
Meeting Room and Kitchen Rental
Resident $50.00
Non-Resident $60.00
Key Deposit: $20.00 - Refunded when key is returned.
Shelter Rental
There are multiple shelters in the Coon Valley Veterans Memorial Park that can be rented. Call the village office for availability and fees.
Gazebo
There is a gazebo in Coon Valley Veterans Memorial Park which can be rented. Call the village office for availability and fee.
